Our Community Amenities
Pool
The heated pool is surrounded by a wide deck with plenty of pool-side seating, tables and umbrellas. There are various pool toys and weights for exercise as well as lap lanes. Wi-Fi is available for your personal devices. The pool season starts on Memorial Day and lasts until Labor Day.
Gazebo
The gazebo sits on top of a scenic knoll close to the pool. Picnic tables, grills, Wi-Fi, speakers, lighting and lawn game equipment are all available for use within the gazebo. The gazebo is available for reservation for resident private events as well as community social functions.
Tennis Court
Located close to the pool and gazebo, the community has a multi-purpose tennis court which is striped for tennis, pickle ball and half-court basketball. Bring your own equipment. The community provides the nets.
Playground
In the same activity area is the playground. The play set has multiple swings, climbing fort, slide and rings to entertain kids of all ages.
Bocce Ball
The bocce ball court also serves as a horseshoe pit. Bring your crew and equipment or borrow the community equipment located in the pool hut.
Baybrook Building Conference center
This conference room is the perfect space for private meetings, book clubs, and small gatherings. It has a kitchenette, conference table and chairs for your convenience. The conference room is available by reservation.
