Board Appointed Committees
The Board recognizes the following committees. Each committee has a chairperson who reports to the Board. Additional details about each committee is provided below.
Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
Purpose: To ensure exterior uniformity, integrity and sets common guidelines and standards for the Association.
Landscape/Aesthetics Committee (LAC)
Purpose: To create and preserve an aesthetically pleasing environment.
Pool and Recreation Committee
Purpose: Oversee pool activities and equipment and work with pool service company.
Road and Drives Committee
Purpose: To maintain roads, drives, sewers and rain run-off features.
Safety and Security Committee
Purpose: To cooperate with law enforcement and assure safety of the Association.
Social Committee
Purpose: To provide social activities for all residents, launching and maintaining new events.
Street Representatives
Purpose: To serve as immediate liaison with established residents, welcome new residents, observe and report concerns from residents to the manager and Board.
Website Advisory Committee
Purpose: Provide residents with access to documents, maintain cost effective method of communication.
