Property Managers assist our community by assuring compliance with laws and ordinances, collecting information for the Board, preparing financial reports, disbursing payments to vendors and contractors and much more. A major function for our managers is responding to unit owners who have maintenance, repair, landscaping and architectural requests, or questions and other concerns. Managers carry out board policies, obtain bids from contractors, prepare communications to owners and provide archival and documentation service for the community. Managers will provide thoughtful recommendations when requested, but ultimately the Board retains all decision- making and policy -forming responsibilities.
